Biography

Sidney Anderson is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Liaison at the American Legislative Exchange Council where she assists CEO Lisa B. Nelson in executing ALEC’s goals and mission and coordinates with ALEC team members on various projects. As ALEC’s Board Liaison, she handles board member questions, needs, and communications and assists in the planning of regular meetings with ALEC’s distinguished Board of Directors and Private Enterprise Advisory Council.

Prior to her time at ALEC, Sidney worked for The Scala Agency where she provided digital marketing and creative media solutions to a wide variety of small business and values-based nonprofits. She holds her Bachelor’s in American Politics & Policy from Patrick Henry College. She and her husband Sam live in Vienna, Virginia.
