State Legislator of the Month – AZ Senate President Karen Fann

Thank you, Sen. President Karen Fann

For the month of March and Women’s History Month, we are pleased to announce Arizona Senate President Karen Fann as the ALEC-FreedomWorks State Legislator of the Month. This award is given to those state legislators fighting the good fight for individual liberty and free enterprise in the states. The national stage cares deeply about local state stories where state legislators pass the solutions that everyday Americans deserve.

Sen. Fann is the second female Senate President in the History of Arizona. She has been a champion of legislation that promotes school choice, workforce development and a fiscally responsible state budget. And in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, she has consistently shared information and resources with her constituents, as well as worked on bipartisan legislation for unemployment compensation and budget reconciliations.

Thank you, Senate President Fann, for protecting individual liberty and free enterprise in the states. Congratulations on being the newest State Legislator of the Month.
