VIDEO: Under Attack: Donors Right to Privacy
People United for Privacy released a new video about a donor’s right to privacy. A financial contribution to an organization or cause you believe in is protected speech.
Attacks on private charitable giving would mean donations made by a private citizen to charitable organizations would put donors names on public lists maintained by the government and searchable by anyone.
The video features ALEC CEO Lisa Nelson, State Policy Network President Tracie Sharp, Donor’s Trust CEO Lawson Bader, Heritage Foundation President Dr. Edwin J. Fuelner and National Review columnist John Fund.
