Biography
Kathaleen Kelly is a Legislative Outreach Coordinator at the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), where she works to develop relationships with ALEC state lawmakers and ACCE elected officials to advance ALEC’s commitment to the Jeffersonian principles.
Before joining ALEC as a full-time staff member, Kathaleen began working as an intern in 2022. Since then, she has interned for Sarasota County’s Health and Human Services Department and in the Florida House of Representatives for Representative Toby Overdorf from District 85. These experiences solidified her commitment to limited government and free market principles.
Kathaleen is a proud Florida Atlantic University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College.
In her free time, Kathaleen enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
