Matthew See

Matthew See serves as Outreach Coordinator at the American Legislative Exchange Council, where he works closely with public and private sector members to strengthen relationships, support policy initiatives, and foster collaboration across ALEC’s nationwide network.

Before joining ALEC, Matthew built experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors. He worked as a Realtor in California with W Real Estate and as a Lead Foreman at Northern Pacific Power Systems, where he oversaw large-scale residential and commercial projects. His commitment to service extends to community leadership, including his role on the board of Active 20-30 Club #50, where he helped raise six-figure contributions to benefit underprivileged children.

Matthew is passionate about grassroots organizing and community engagement, having previously founded and served as vice president of a civic leadership organization. He completed his studies at Santa Rosa Junior College while earning his high school diploma, and he enjoys connecting with friends and building a strong professional network in the D.C. area.
