Biography

Jason Snead is the Executive Director of the Honest Elections Project and serves as the Private Sector Chair for the ALEC Task Force on Process and Procedures. He is a recognized leader, expert, and advocate for commonsense safeguards that secure elections and protect voter confidence. Jason frequently speaks and testifies on a range of election issues, and his writings have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Hill, Fox News, and more. Prior to heading the project, Jason was a Senior Policy Analyst in the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation. Snead holds a master’s degree in public policy from George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government.
