Mason Hunt

Mason Hunt currently serves as the Events Coordinator with ALEC where he helps with many of the logistics, such as the website, registration and housing, for the three conferences that ALEC holds each year.

Before moving to the D.C. area, Mason was an admissions counselor for over three years where he recruited high school students from all over the state of Arizona to enroll at Arizona State University (ASU), the #1 most innovated university in the country. He helped guide many low-income, first-generation students through the entire college admissions and enrollment process.

Mason was born in Phoenix, AZ and, as an Air Force brat, lived in the United Kingdom and San Angelo, Texas before moving to Arizona to attend ASU where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Political Science with certificates in International Studies and Public Administration and Public Management in May 2013. He completed his Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in December 2015.

In his spare time, Mason enjoys hiking, soccer, movies, music, video games, traveling, spending time with friends, and watching his Sun Devils beat the Wildcats. Go Devils!
