Biography
Rose Laoutaris serves as both Policy Manager and Manager of the Center to Protect Free Speech at ALEC. Previously, she was a Policy Coordinator.
Rose earned her MA in Public Policy in 2023 and her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies: Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government in 2022 both from American University in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the team at ALEC, she interned at a variety of policy organizations, such as American Enterprise Institute, The Heritage Foundation, and American Action Forum, and on Capitol Hill.
She is originally from New Jersey and in her free time enjoys spending time with friends and exploring coffee shops in DC/Maryland/Virginia (DMV).
