Biography

Laneigh Pfalser is a Legislative Outreach Manager at the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). In her role, she develops connections with elected officials and partners to advance shared policies within state and local governments across the United States.

Laneigh’s experience includes political campaigns, association management, and financial development. While working in Arkansas, she gained an expertise on a variety of issues including energy, insurance, regulatory licensing, and healthcare, to name a few.

Laneigh has been an active member of the Arkansas Young Republicans for over a decade, and now chairs a committee for the Young Republican National Federation.

The oldest of three sisters, she spent her youth bullying them into being passionate lovers of freedom and liberty as well. She jokingly says her proudest accomplishment is training them both to memorize the phrase, “civil asset forfeiture is legalized theft.”

Laneigh lives in Little Rock with her middle sister and spends her free time volunteering at church, traveling with friends, and cheering on the Razorbacks. Her absolute favorite hobby, though, is incessantly bothering her sister with new home projects.
