Biography
Devon Hong serves as the Manager of Partnerships and Engagement at the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), where she works closely with private-sector partners to build meaningful relationships, strengthen engagement, and create meaningful opportunities for partnerships. Prior to joining ALEC, she built her career in professional sports, holding roles with Major League Baseball’s Pittsburgh Pirates and St. Louis Cardinals, as well as Major League Soccer’s D.C. United.
A Northern Virginia native, Devon graduated a year early from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a minor in Business. While at JMU, she was a member of the women’s lacrosse program before continuing her playing career in Australia.
Outside of work, Devon enjoys baking, reading, playing tennis and golf, coaching travel lacrosse, and spending time with her friends and family.
