State Legislators of the Month, March 2025: Pennsylvania Representatives Seth Grove, Eric Nelson, and Barb Gleim

Acknowledging those who personify the core principles of ALEC – limited government, free markets, and federalism.

ALEC is proud to recognize Pennsylvania Representatives Seth Grove, Eric Nelson, and Barb Gleim as our March 2025 State Legislators of the Month. Their teamwork, strategic outreach, and deep commitment to ALEC’s mission have helped foster strong connections between Pennsylvania legislators and the ALEC network.

This dedicated trio has played a vital role in expanding engagement across the Commonwealth — welcoming new voices, strengthening relationships, and ensuring legislators have access to policy resources and a national community of peers.

Their leadership was on full display last week as they co-hosted an ALEC event in Harrisburg, drawing out a packed room of legislators and policy partners. The event reignited enthusiasm for ALEC in Pennsylvania and helped drive new membership and participation across the state.

Representative Seth Grove, who serves on the ALEC Board of Directors and is the Republican Chair of the House Labor & Industry Committee, has long been a policy champion both in Pennsylvania and within the ALEC network. His national perspective and sharp focus on good governance continue to shape meaningful conversations across state lines.

Representative Eric Nelson, ALEC Public Sector State Chair, brings energy and consistency to his outreach—working one-on-one with colleagues to connect them with resources, events, and collaborative opportunities.

Representative Barb Gleim, who serves as the Public Sector Task Force Chair for the ALEC Education and Workforce Development Task Force, is a thoughtful and solutions-focused leader. Her efforts have elevated ALEC’s recent education policy efforts in support of President Trump’s executive order to dissolve the Department of Education, helping create new avenues for member engagement.

Together, these three leaders have made Pennsylvania a key part of ALEC’s broader community. We are grateful for their continued service and proud to honor their work.

Congratulations to Representatives Grove, Nelson, and Gleim!
