Biography

Gabriella Uli serves as the Legislative Outreach Manager at the American Legislative Exchange Council. She works collaboratively with lawmakers to advance shared policies and priorities to better serve the hardworking Americans living in their communities.

Most recently Gabriella served four years at the White House, including in the Office of Cabinet Affairs, as a Public Affairs Specialist and the White House Liaison for the Office of National Drug Control Policy, and later as Associate Director for the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. In these positions, she organized events and liaised with elected officials from all levels of government from declaring the opioid crisis a public health emergency to coordinating over 1,000 COVID-19 briefings. In 2016, she worked on the Presidential Transition Team and at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio.

Gabriella graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Latin American Studies from Miami University of Ohio. Gabriella is a California native, raised in Virginia, and for the last few years, calls Washington, DC home. Between work and her free time, Gabriella’s goal is to one day visit all 50 state capitals.
