Section 1: Mail Ballot Receipt Deadline
All mail-in ballots must be received by the appropriate election official no later than the time set by law for the close of polls on the date of the election.
Section 2: Deadline to Apply for a Mail Ballot
2. All applications to vote by mail must be received by the appropriate election official no later than the close of business 15 days prior to the date of the election.
