ALEC Announces 74 New Model Policies On Critical Issues
"Members approve policies on range of issues from data centers and AI to healthcare price transparency and more"
Arlington, VA – Today, the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) announced the adoption of 74 model policies, including several amended measures approved by its members. Developed through collaboration between state legislators and policy experts, these policies reflect ALEC’s enduring commitment to limited government, free markets, and federalism. They address a wide range of critical issues, including data centers and AI, election integrity, education freedom, tax and fiscal policy, and more.
