Biography

Katie Thompson is the Director of the Process and Procedures Task Force, streamlining government rules to protect the values of limited government, free markets, and federalism.

Katie grew up in Fairfax, Virginia where she was emersed in political thought from a young age. Katie received her bachelor’s degree from Randolph-Macon College, where she majored in Business, Mass Communications, and minored in Economics while also playing on both their lacrosse and field hockey teams. She went on to receive her Masters of Public Policy from The Schar School of Public Policy and Government at George Mason University.

Katie has previously worked for Heritage Action for America as a State Director, as well as interned at The Council for National Policy, congressional fundraising firm Drucker Lawhon, and at The White House.

Out of the office, Katie coaches high school lacrosse, sings in her church choir, and enjoys cooking.
