Arlington, VA- The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) mourns the passing of Charlie Kirk, a steadfast champion of what makes America great: free speech, civil discourse, and the open exchange of ideas. As the founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie dedicated his life to empowering young Americans to engage in meaningful debate – ensuring that every voice could be heard, even in the face of disagreement.
