Veterans and Military Affairs

Task Force Description

Established in 2025, the Veteran and Military Affairs Task Force works to honor and empower those who serve our nation by advancing policies that support veterans, service members, and military families. The Task Force brings together state lawmakers, veterans’ organizations, and private-sector leaders to create trusted policy solutions that improve quality of life, promote economic opportunity, and facilitate a smooth transition for America’s heroes as they return to civilian life.

The Veteran and Military Affairs Task Force is committed to ensuring that veterans and service members are recognized as assets to their communities and have the tools they need to thrive. By removing barriers to employment, streamlining reintegration, encouraging entrepreneurship, and improving state veteran services, the Task Force ensures that those who served are fully equipped to succeed.
